START YOUR APPLICATION →Digital Launchpad is a free, six-month remote internship designed to help women develop practical digital marketing skills, gain hands-on experience and grow through real projects, mentorship and collaboration.

The Digital Launchpad selection process is designed to help us understand who you are, what you're looking for and how ready you are to make the most of the opportunity.

Applicants selected to progress beyond the initial review will be invited to submit a video pitch.
This is your opportunity to introduce yourself beyond the written form and help us understand your motivation, your interest in Digital Launchpad and what you hope to gain from the experience.
Applicants selected after the video pitch stage will be invited to an interview.
The interview gives us an opportunity to learn more about your goals, your expectations, your readiness to participate and how Digital Launchpad fits into your plans.
It's also an opportunity for you to gain a clearer understanding of the programme and ask relevant questions.
After the interview stage, we will review the candidates and make our final selection for the upcoming cohort.
Successful applicants will receive official communication with the next steps, including relevant onboarding information and details about what to expect before the programme begins.
