Ihuoma “Coach Oma” Chukwuezi is a digital marketing strategist, business coach and founder of Digitalbizguru, an agency supporting small business owners with done-for-you services, coaching and digital tools.
Her entrepreneurial journey began with That Beauty Shop, a fashion brand she successfully ran until the pandemic forced a pause.
During the 2020 lockdown, she discovered a new passion: helping business owners navigate digital marketing.
What began with a few friends asking for help grew into a full-scale agency.
Today, Coach Oma and her team support businesses with ad setup, funnel strategy, email marketing and brand audits—helping them show up professionally, simplify their marketing and build systems that work.

The Digital Launchpad began with a simple observation: too many talented people wanted to learn digital marketing, but didn’t know where to start—or who to trust.
Some were overwhelmed by information online. Some were stuck between tutorials and confusion.
Others had potential, but no structure. Most did not need more content or another course. They needed guidance.
Launchpad was created to bridge that gap with structure, mentorship, accountability and real-world experience.
