From day one, Launchpad was designed with something bigger in mind. We didn’t create it just to teach skills and it’s not about just completing assignments. It’s about helping women develop real competence, gain experience and step confidently into meaningful digital opportunities.
For some, that means freelancing.
For others, it means joining teams.
For the rest, it means building something of their own.
There is no single path.
But there is always a next step. And this is where it begins.
Depending on performance, initiative and consistency, interns may move into different opportunities within or beyond the Digitalbizguru ecosystem.
Nothing here is automatic. Everything here is earned.
Outstanding interns may be invited to collaborate or work with Digitalbizguru on real projects.
These opportunities are not automatic.
When available, they're earned through consistency, growth and contribution during the program.
Many interns go on to build independent freelance careers using the skills they developed during Launchpad. They step into areas like social media management, copywriting, content creation, email marketing, ad management support and design services. Turning what they learned into real, income-generating work.
We encourage interns to build strong portfolios, develop professional confidence and pursue freelance opportunities once they’ve gained real experience.
The goal is independence, not dependency.
Selected interns may step into leadership roles within the ecosystem as ambassadors, mentors or community contributors.
To develop leadership capacity and strengthen the Launchpad structure from within. Growth isn’t just about skills. It’s also about responsibility.
Some interns use their Launchpad experience as the foundation for building their own businesses, agencies or digital brands.
The Digital Launchpad is not designed to produce employees alone.
It’s designed to build capable, independent digital thinkers who can create their own opportunities.
