Launchpad Alumni
Welcome to the Hall of Fame, where we celebrate the determined, the resilient, the creative, and the unstoppable individuals who joined The Digital Launchpad, embraced the challenge, put in the work, and left their mark.
Here we show women who didn’t just participate… they showed up fully.
Since launching in 2022, The Digital Launchpad has welcomed hundreds of applicants across multiple batches. Many begin the journey.
But only those who demonstrate commitment, consistency, growth and excellence earn a place here.
This page is dedicated to the interns who didn’t just complete the program, they made an impact.
Here you'll discover the faces, stories, achievements, and accomplishments of interns who have gone on to secure opportunities, launch businesses, develop thriving careers, mentor others, and contribute meaningfully to the digital ecosystem.
Their stories are proof that extraordinary things can happen when talent meets opportunity and hard work meets guidance.
Explore the different Launchpad batches and discover the interns who have earned their place in our Hall of Fame.
These are the interns that graduated from the second batch of 2026. This batch ran from July - December 2026.
I believe life's too short to worry about everything, do the one you can and leave the rest, pray, work hard and go with the flow.
Never ever give up, cause, it can only get better ❤️
It's better to fail while trying than not trying at all. Remember, what if you really win tho? 🫠
I believe that growth is a lifelong journey, purpose gives direction to my efforts, and consistency turns my dreams into reality.
I grow with purpose, work with intention, lead with integrity, and trust Allah with the outcome.
Life is a race but no winner, because death can cut it short at any time.
Just live your best life that you would be proud of and always put God first in everything.
Do your best and live the rest for God to handle.
Shalom..
It's good to have people who encourage you, but you must also learn to encourage yourself to keep going.
I believe growth comes from consistency, willingness to learn, and the courage to step outside your comfort zone. Every experience, whether good or challenging, is an opportunity to learn, improve, and become better.
God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day.
Psalm 46:5
The Life I Now Live Is No Longer I that Lives But Christ.
I give myself permission to learn, to start small, to make mistakes, and to grow. I may not have all the answers, but I will keep showing up.
My beginning does not limit my becoming.
These are the interns that graduated from the first batch of 2026. This batch ran from January - June 2026.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
My purpose is what defines me and I'm all I choose to be.
In all your finding, find purpose.
I did not come this far to stop halfway.
Trust the process. Growth takes time.
Jesus at the centre of it all.
Be selfish. The world would adjust.
The most important thing in life is growth.
Nothing has the right to stop you. You're who you say you are!
Giving up is never an option, no matter the hurdle.
The person I’m becoming is worth every difficult season I’m surviving.
You may not have everything figured out yet, but just keep going and that’s enough. Trust that in time, light will shine on everything you do.
Do unto others as you'd like them to do unto you.
These are the interns that graduated from the second batch of 2025. This batch ran from July - December 2025.
Your future is created by the steps you take today, not tomorrow. Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.
I can do it when I put my mind to it.
When God puts a promise on the inside of you, He deposits within you everything you need to fulfil it.
Every event in your life carries a purpose, even if you don’t see it yet.
One with God is more than the Majority!
It may take time, but it’s going to happen anyway. I’m not rushing what’s meant to grow!
If you want to live a life you've never lived, you have to do things you've never done - Jen Sincero.
The key to success is consistency.
It can only get better.
I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me.
You are who you think you are.
It always seems impossible until it’s done.
The real losers are those who quit.
These are the interns that graduated from the first batch of 2025. This batch ran from January - June 2025.
It’s okay to cry, it’s okay to be tired, it’s okay to restrategize, it’s okay to start again but don’t ever stop.
The more you learn and implement what you know, the more valuable you become as a person.
You are God's masterpiece created for a purpose not for performance. Eph 2:10
Small consistent steps beat loud intentions every time. I believe that growth isn’t always loud, it’s often in the quiet choices we make daily to become better.
You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.
If a purpose of a thing is not known, abuse is inevitable.
Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.
You must always be prepared to place a bet on yourself, on your future by heading down a path others seem to fear.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
I may bend, but I do not break. Every season shapes me, but never defines me, because I choose who I become.
Determination determines destiny.

At The Digital Launchpad, we believe recognition matters. It's not to pressure you or to compare you but as inspiration.
The Hall of Fame exists to celebrate interns who go above and beyond. Those who consistently show up, embrace feedback, demonstrate growth, support others, and commit themselves fully to the learning process.
The Digital Launchpad was built to be more than a training experience.
It’s a practical growth environment where interns gain real-world exposure, develop valuable digital skills, build confidence and contribute to meaningful projects.
We don't just teach skills.
We help women build careers, businesses, confidence, and momentum.
Our curriculum is designed to provide a strong foundation in modern digital marketing while giving interns practical opportunities to apply what they learn.
Our focus isn't simply on knowledge. More than learning, we want you to apply, because real growth happens through execution.

It is open to every intern who chooses to show up, stay committed, embrace growth, and put in the work.
The only question is:
